Andrea Farro is an Assistant Professor at Rowan University's William G. Rohrer College of Business. She holds a PhD in Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Dr. Farro's research examines leadership, gender dynamics, team performance, and misconduct in organizational settings.
Her work has been published in leading journals including Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Relations, The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management Education, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. At Rowan, she teaches undergraduate courses in Introductory Management Perspectives, Organizational Behavior, Leadership & Supervision, and Business Policy, while also facilitating leadership workshops for the university's Leadership Development Institute.
Farro's research portfolio demonstrates consistent focus on diversity, inclusion, and ethical leadership, with recent work examining gender diversity in leadership, transgender workplace experiences, and organizational responses to misconduct. Beyond academia, she co-owns and operates a 150-acre farm, bringing practical management experience to her research and teaching.
