Dr. Amy Isham is a Lecturer in Psychology at Swansea University, affiliated with the School of Psychology within the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences. Her research focuses on the interplay between human well-being and ecological sustainability, emphasizing sustainable well-being through flow experiences, mindfulness, and reducing materialistic values. She collaborates across disciplines, including Public Health, Humanities, and Management, and works with external partners like IKEA and Welsh Government.
Education: PhD (University of Surrey), MSc Psychology of Advertising (Lancaster University), BSc Psychology (University of Warwick). She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
