Aminollah Sabzevari is an Adjunct Professor at the Allard School of Law, University of British Columbia, where he teaches Insolvency Law (Law 444) and Creditors’ Remedies (Law 443). He is also an experienced litigator with the Department of Justice Canada, representing the Federal Crown in complex insolvency proceedings. His academic and professional work intersects with the Centre for Business Law and focuses on federal insolvency frameworks, legal theory, and practical applications in fast-moving judicial environments.
Research Interests: Sabzevari’s teaching and practice emphasize the interplay between federal and provincial legal systems, procedural fairness in insolvency cases, and the doctrinal principles of creditors’ rights.
