Peter Swanson

Peter Swanson is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, University of British Columbia, co-teaching Maritime Law to 2nd and 3rd-year students. He is a founding partner of Bernard LLP, with over 35 years specializing in maritime and health law. His legal practice focuses on ship-source pollution, maritime contract disputes, regulatory compliance, and healthcare professional disciplinary matters.
