Amelia Pearson is a Research Fellow and Research Assistant in the Social Care and Society research group at the University of Manchester’s Nursing & Midwifery school. Her work focuses on healthcare workforce well-being, moral injury in social work, and pandemic impact analysis. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Mental Health (2024–present), funded by the NIHR, examining moral injury among social workers to inform support strategies.
