Gunn Grande is Professor at University of Manchester's School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work, leading both the Cancer Supportive/Palliative Care Research Group and CLAHRC End-of-Life Care Programme. Her background spans psychology and health services research.
Research focus: Needs of palliative care patients and family carers, psychosocial support interventions, socioeconomic disparities in care access, and caregiver bereavement outcomes. Developed the Carer Support Needs Assessment Tool (CSNAT) implemented internationally.
