Amanda Lee

Amanda Lee is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at the University of Derby’s College of Business, Law and Social Sciences. Her research focuses on academic labor processes, remote working dynamics, gender issues in esports, and organizational development. She has collaborated with institutions like the CIPD and contributed to projects analyzing the D2N2 low carbon sector’s workforce needs.
