Robyn Johns is Associate Dean (Academic Staffing) and Associate Professor at the UTS Business School, specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Employment Relations. She leads academic staffing initiatives, oversees accreditation (AACSB/EQUIS), and drives strategic workforce planning. Her research focuses on flexible work practices, occupational health, and the four-day work week. Previously, she worked in corporate HR and public health before transitioning to academia in 2003. Johns holds a PhD in Business (2013) and has contributed to programs like the Indigenous Bachelor of Business Administration. Her leadership emphasizes diversity, innovation, and organizational adaptability, informed by endurance sports philosophy.
