Amanda Bills is a Doctoral student and Researcher in Public International Law at the Department of Law, Faculty of Law, Lund University. She teaches undergraduate and advanced courses in public international law and supervises master's theses.

- Studies in international law, human rights, and international relations at Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, Lyon, France
- Human rights internship at Sweden's Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva
Her research centers on evidentiary standards at the International Court of Justice, UN institutional law, and state responsibility.
