Alison Myers

Alison Myers is an Adjunct Professor in Art Education at the University of Northern Colorado’s College of Performing and Visual Arts. She has served as a Visual Arts Teacher at Chappelow K-8 Arts Magnet School since 2005 and as the D6 Lead Visual Arts Teacher since 2019.

Her research and teaching interests include Teaching for Artistic Behavior, Cognitive Development, Motivation, Social Emotional Learning, Watercolor Painting, and Mixed Media. These areas reflect her commitment to integrating artistic creativity with developmental and emotional learning in K-12 education.
