Alice Richardson is a Lecturer in Nursing Sciences (Adult) at the School of Health Sciences, University of East Anglia (UEA), where she has taught since October 2021. She specializes in undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs, serving as Course Director for the Advanced Clinical Practitioner Masters Degree Apprenticeship and Module Organizer for the Quality Improvement Project module. Alice also contributes to modules in Advanced Clinical Assessment, Diagnostic Interpretation, and Minor Injuries.

Professional Leadership: She previously held senior roles at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Trust (2008-2021), including Emergency Department Matron/Senior Matron. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she led nursing teams across two emergency departments, achieving a 'Good' CQC rating. Her secondment in Practice Development included establishing training programs for overseas nurses.
