Alice Klettner

Alice Klettner is an Associate Professor in the Management Discipline Group at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School. She specializes in corporate governance, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility, with a focus on board dynamics, stakeholder governance, and gender diversity in leadership. Her interdisciplinary work bridges law, management, and psychology, addressing real-world governance challenges through collaborations with policymakers and industry partners.

Education: First-class honours in Natural Sciences (Cambridge University), Masters in International Law (Sydney University), and a PhD examining soft law's role in corporate governance regulation. She holds a UTS Chancellor's Postdoctoral Research Fellowship and has been recognized for innovative teaching in business law and ethics.

Research Interests: Board responsibilities, regulatory frameworks for CSR, gender diversity in leadership, business and human rights.
