Professor Thomas Clarke is a distinguished academic at the UTS Business School, University of Technology Sydney, specializing in corporate governance and sustainability. He is recognized globally as the Inaugural Sir Adrian Cadbury Scholar of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) and has been ranked #5 in the world in corporate governance by ScholarGPS.
