George Dallas is Head of Content at the European Corporate Governance Institute and Training and Education Advisor at the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), where he contributes to governance training programmes. He served as Visiting Lecturer at Bayes Business School (University of London) from 2014-2019, teaching courses in corporate governance. His professional roles include former Policy Director at ICGN, Director of Corporate Governance at F&C Investments, and leadership positions at Standard & Poor’s over 24 years. He holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School.
Research interests focus on corporate governance frameworks, sustainability integration, and responsible investment practices. His work spans policy development, regulatory engagement, and global governance reforms. Notable projects include designing a Kenyan stewardship code for the World Bank and advising on EU governance policy for the CFA Institute.
George’s advisory roles include memberships in the Frankfurt School’s Corporate Governance Institute Advisory Council and Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership’s Board. He has authored influential books on governance and sustainability, emphasizing practical applications of governance principles in global contexts.
