Alexander Wentker

Dr. Alexander Wentker is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (MPIL) since 2024, where he works in the research division led by Prof. Dr. Anne Peters. He is also a Research Fellow at the University of Potsdam since 2025, an Associate Researcher at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and an Associate Fellow at Chatham House. His career includes a Legal Traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (2024) and prior roles as Research Fellow at MPIL (2018–2022) and doctoral studies at the University of Oxford (2019–2022).
