Moritz Vinken

Moritz Vinken is a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany, where he researches international environmental law and transnational legal frameworks. His work focuses on climate governance, sea-level rise jurisprudence, and decolonization of international law.
