Dr. Alberto Grandi is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Business of the University of Parma. With a PhD in Economic and Social History from Bocconi University Milan (1997) and a Political Sciences degree from the University of Bologna (1993), he specializes in economic history, sustainable food chains, and business history. He has taught courses including European Economic History, Food History, and Virtual Enterprise Qualification at the University of Parma since 2001.
