Albert Westergren is a Professor of Nursing at Kristianstad University's Faculty of Health Sciences, specializing in psychometrics, metrology, and clinical assessment tools. With over 25 years of academic leadership, he heads the Patient Reported Outcomes - Clinical Assessment Research and Education (PROCARE) unit and co-leads the Centre for Food, Health and Retail (FOHRK). His research spans eating disorders in neurological contexts, instrument development for clinical practice, and innovative approaches to elderly well-being through play.
