Dr Aideen O’Dochartaigh is an Assistant Professor in Accounting at DCU Business School since 2020, specializing in sustainability accounting, ESG reporting, and carbon budgeting. She holds a PhD from the University of St Andrews and is a chartered accountant (FCA) with Deloitte Ireland experience. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on sustainability reporting practices, climate policy, and the bioeconomy, with publications in MIT Sloan Management Review and Environmental Research Letters. Aideen actively engages with climate justice NGOs and serves on An Taisce Climate Committee.
