Adam Seth Litwin is an Associate Professor at Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR), serving as Director of Graduate Studies and Associate Editor of the ILR Review. He joined Cornell in 2014 after faculty roles at Johns Hopkins University. His research focuses on labor relations, technological change, and healthcare workforce dynamics, addressing issues like AI regulation, healthcare informatics, and union strategies. Awarded a Fulbright Visiting Professorship at the University of Sydney (2022–2023), Litwin explores how technology impacts frontline care delivery and worker equity.
