Dr. Abdullah Al Mamun is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting at the University of Wollongong's School of Business. He holds a PhD in Accounting from the University of Newcastle (2018) and has taught at multiple Australian and Malaysian institutions. His research focuses on corporate governance, CSR, fraud, and emerging economies. He has secured grants from the World Bank, Academy of International Business, and others. Awards include Emerald's Highly Commended Award (2018) and four consecutive Best Researcher Awards (2015-2018). His work spans over 70 publications, including studies on board diversity, pandemic corporate responses, and financial crime prevention.
