Millicent Chang is a Professor at the School of Business, University of Wollongong, Australia. She holds editorial roles as Senior Editor at the Global Finance Journal and Associate Editor at Accounting & Finance. Her research focuses on climate-related disclosures, CSR reporting, and managerial incentives, with a particular emphasis on environmental accounting and corporate governance.
