Aaron Allen is an international affairs lecturer currently teaching at Bard College Berlin, Duke University, University of Notre Dame, Humboldt University, and Freie Universität Berlin. He is also a senior nonresident fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis.

Allen's expertise spans legislative processes, transatlantic cooperation, and security/strategic studies. His professional experience includes fellowships at Harvard Law School, Wilson Center, and Council on Foreign Relations, as well as roles in the U.S. House of Representatives and German federal institutions.
His recent teaching focuses on understanding and influencing legislative systems, reflecting his practical experience in U.S. congressional affairs and transatlantic policy implementation.
