LUO Shuxian

LUO Shuxian is an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) in the Department of Asian Studies at the University of Hawaii, Mānoa (on leave AY 2024-2025), and a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
