ANDRES DOMINGUEZ ALMANSA

Andrés Domínguez Almansa is a contracted Professor at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), affiliated with the Faculty of Education Sciences and the Applied Didactics Department. His research focuses on historical memory, heritage education, and the sociology of sport within Galician and Iberian contexts. He holds two doctorates: one from USC (2006) on sport culture modernization in Galicia (1850-1920), and a second (2022) on heritage, education, and citizenship. Domínguez Almansa participates in research groups GEMAP (environmental heritage studies) and RODA (reasoning/discourse/argumentation).
