ABDUL HADI Acil

ABDUL HADI Acil is an Assistant Professor in International Human Resource Management at ICN Business School (France). She holds a PhD from Toulouse Business School under a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowship on global employee mobility (GLOMO), an ESCP Business School MSc, and a Psychology degree from the American University of Beirut. Her research focuses on international careers, expatriation, and intercultural competencies, aiming to inform global talent management strategies. She has professional experience in global mobility management at L'Oréal.

Research Interests: Her work examines self-initiated vs. assigned expatriates' experiences, career capital development in global contexts, and intercultural skill acquisition. She bridges academic research with corporate practices to address challenges in global talent strategies.

Teaching: Teaches International Management and Intercultural Management at ICN Business School since 2023.
