Dr. Alexandra Schmölder is a researcher at the Chair of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, University of Bamberg. She focuses on international careers, employee mobility, and global organizational behavior, including projects like Global Mobility of Expatriates (GLOMO) and e-Wanderlust: Global Research on Digital Nomads. Her work examines individual, social, and institutional factors influencing international relocation and behavioral effects of temporary work.
