Acil Abdul Hadi

Acil Abdul Hadi is an Assistant Professor of International Human Resource Management at ICN Business School. She holds a PhD from the University of Toulouse Capitole (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action project on global employee mobility) and a Master's from ESCP Business School, alongside a psychology bachelor’s from the American University of Beirut. Her research bridges international management and career studies, focusing on expatriate experiences, global talent strategies, and intercultural competencies.

Acil explores comparative dynamics between self-initiated and company-assigned expatriates, emphasizing career capital accumulation and learning outcomes. Her work addresses organizational challenges in global talent management, informed by her professional experience at L’Oréal, where she managed marketing teams globally. She advocates for adaptive HR strategies in evolving work environments.
