Kelvin Leong

Professor Kelvin Leong is Professor of Financial Technology and Data Analytics at University of Chester's Faculty of Science, Business and Enterprise. He directs MSc Digital Marketing and holds FCA, FHEA, and FRAI credentials.

His research explores AI applications, LLMs, computer vision, and educational technology. Funded projects include OpenAI's Researcher Access Program and ESA satellite data integration featured in Copernicus case studies.

An Emerald Outstanding Reviewer, he developed the UK's first FinTech degree program. He holds PhD in Computer Science from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and BA from University of Lincoln.
