Hartmut Rohde is a leading European violist and professor at the University of the Arts Berlin. He specializes in historically informed interpretations across classical, romantic, and contemporary repertoires. His chamber music collaborations include partnerships with Janine Jansen, Jörg Widmann, and Christian Tetzlaff, and he co-founded the Mozart Piano Quartet.
