İLKAY GİLANLIOĞLU

Asst. Prof. Dr. İLKAY GİLANLIOĞLU is a faculty member in the Department of Foreign Language Education at Eastern Mediterranean University's Faculty of Education. Her academic journey includes a PhD from the Institute of Education, University of London (2002), an MA in English Language Education from Middle East Technical University (1993), and a BA from Hacettepe University (1990). She holds a prominent role in supervising over 30 graduate theses, focusing on intercultural competence, EFL curriculum evaluation, digital literacy, and technology integration in language education.
