Fatos Erozan

Assistant Professor Dr. Fatos Erozan serves as Vice Dean and Chair of the Department of Foreign Language Education at Eastern Mediterranean University. With a PhD in English Language Education from Middle East Technical University, she specializes in teacher training, educational technology, and learner autonomy.

Currently, she advises ongoing research projects on AI in academic settings and EFL teacher burnout in North Cyprus, emphasizing practical applications of pedagogical theories.
