Özlem Ata

Dr. Lecturer Özlem Ata is a faculty member at Yeditepe University’s Faculty of Law, affiliated with the Department of Private Law and Department of Commercial Law. Her research focuses on Commercial Law, Capital Markets Law, and Fintech Law.

Her recent publications explore the intersection of digital innovation and traditional legal structures, particularly in securities law and corporate compliance. She teaches courses such as American Company Law, Capital Markets Law, and Fintech Law.
