Dr. Martin Bengtzen is a Lecturer in Corporate and Commercial Law (Online Programmes) at King's College London, based in The Dickson Poon School of Law. He holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford and an LLM from Harvard Law School, both focusing on corporate law.
