Émilie Dufour is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Nursing, University of Montreal. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing Sciences (2022) and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Dalhousie University's Department of Family Medicine (2024). Her research focuses on improving primary healthcare practices through interdisciplinary collaboration, chronic disease management, and leveraging clinical data for performance measurement. She has worked clinically in community healthcare and transitioned to academia, emphasizing research-driven improvements in nursing practices and organizational systems.

Current projects explore frontline healthcare workforce workload and interdisciplinary primary care clinics.
Teaching & Research Recruitment: Open to supervising students interested in her research areas. Her work integrates innovative interventions and performance indicators to improve frontline healthcare delivery systems.
