Maria-Pilar Ramírez García is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Nursing, University of Montreal. She holds affiliations with the CRCHUM research center and the SIDAMI Network. Her research focuses on improving quality of life for individuals living with HIV and chronic illnesses through complementary therapies like relaxation and yoga, as well as reflective practice in nursing. She has led multiple grants including the TAVIE-HIV project, recognized with awards such as the 2015 Certificat d'excellence en innovation technologique.
