Dr. Vikkie McCarthy is a Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at Austin Peay State University's College of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma (2004), an M.P.A. from Murray State University (1997), and a B.A. in Political Science from Georgia State University (1991). Her research focuses on leadership development, corporate social responsibility, business sustainability, and global management practices. Dr. McCarthy has extensive international experience, having lived and taught in Germany, South Korea, London, Ireland, and Honduras.
