Kaire Piirsalu-Kivihall is a Junior Research Fellow in Economic Research (part-time) at the University of Tartu's Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Economics and Business Administration. She is pursuing a PhD under Prof. Tiiu Paas, focusing on labor market adjustments and new working forms. Her work integrates economics, management, and policy analysis.
