Professor Julie Hodges is a leading international expert in organizational change and employee engagement at Durham University’s Business School. She holds a Professorship and is affiliated with the editorial board of the ‘Management Consulting’ journal. Prior to academia, she spent over 20 years as a business consultant at firms like PwC, advising companies like Barclays, Shell, and Dell Technologies on organizational change and leadership development. Her research focuses on sustaining organizational change, employee engagement during transformations, and the role of HR in change processes. Key works include People-Centric Organizational Change (2024), Managing and Leading People through Change (2021), and Reshaping HR (2021).
