Ender Ciğeroğlu is a Professor and Vice Rector at the Middle East Technical University (METU), Department of Mechanical Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University (2007) and academic degrees from METU (B.Sc. 1999, M.Sc. 2002) and Ohio State University (M.Sc. 2006). His research focuses on nonlinear dynamics, friction contact modeling, and vibration analysis of mechanical systems, particularly gas turbine blades, gear dynamics, and micro/nano-scale structures.
