Tom Zagenczyk is a Professor of Management at the Department of Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MIE) in the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Pittsburgh (2006) and previously served at Clemson University for 16 years. His research focuses on social influence in workplaces, organizational networks, and employee stress management. He has authored over 50 publications in top-tier journals and secured $8M+ in NSF/ARC grants. He currently serves as Associate Editor for Group & Organization Management and has received multiple awards, including the 2021 Senior Scholar Award (Clemson).
