María Esther García Buades is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), specializing in Social Psychology. She teaches Work Psychology, team performance strategies, and thesis supervision in both undergraduate and master’s programs in Psychology, Human Resources, and Education. She also explores resident perceptions of tourism development and the concept of decent versus precarious work in tourism destinations.
