Terri L. Fletcher, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston (2013) and a B.A. in Psychology & Religious Studies from Agnes Scott College (2006). Her clinical training includes an advanced fellowship at the South Central Mental Illness Research Education and Clinical Center and residency at Baylor College of Medicine. She is a licensed psychologist in Texas. Dr. Fletcher's research focuses on improving diagnostic practices and expanding access to evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders, PTSD, and OCD, particularly in veteran populations. She employs mixed-methods approaches to evaluate telehealth innovations in mental healthcare delivery. Her work emphasizes implementation science, examining both provider-level and systemic factors in treatment accessibility. Her publications demonstrate a consistent focus on telemental health delivery models, veteran mental health interventions, and transdiagnostic approaches to anxiety disorders.
