His research focuses on real estate investments, asset management, digitalization, and institutional investment strategies. He leads projects such as SaNuInvest and contributes to studies on logistics real estate, tokenization, and sustainable infrastructure. He advises on real estate portfolios and collaborates with organizations like RICS and Swiss Pension Funds. His work bridges academic insights with practical applications for global real estate markets. Key projects include analyzing Logistics Real Estate as a new asset class and evaluating Tokenization ’s role in real estate transactions.
