Michael Trübestein

Prof. Dr. Michael Trübestein is a Lecturer and Head of the MSc in Real Estate program at the Lucerne School of Business (HSLU). He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Regensburg and has extensive experience in real estate management, teaching at institutions like the University of Kufstein and Politecnico di Milano. His research focuses on real estate investments, asset management, digitalization, and institutional investment strategies. He leads projects such as SaNuInvest and contributes to studies on logistics real estate, tokenization, and sustainable infrastructure.
