Federico Fraboni is a Senior Assistant Professor (fixed-term) at the Department of Psychology 'Renzo Canestrari' of the University of Bologna. His research focuses on human factors, cognitive ergonomics, and the integration of advanced technologies such as collaborative robotics, AI systems, and exoskeletons into industrial and healthcare contexts. He leads projects like the STEPbySTEP initiative for exoskeleton benchmarking and the H-WORK platform for workplace mental health.
