Monika Buscher is a Professor of Sociology at Lancaster University , where she serves as Associate Director in the Centre for Mobilities Research . She co-edits the book series Changing Mobilities and leads interdisciplinary projects on decarbonising transport , disaster mobilities , and ethical IT innovation . Her research integrates phenomenology , ethnomethodology , and science and technology studies to explore the digital dimensions of mobile lives .
