Professor Emma Sherry serves as Dean of the School of Management at RMIT University's College of Business and Law. Her research focuses on sport for development, emphasizing community engagement, gender equity, and environmental sustainability in sport organizations. She has led projects with global sports bodies including the Commonwealth Secretariat and the AFL. Emma chairs the Australian Sport Innovation Centre of Excellence and advises Sport Inclusion Australia. She supervises PhD students exploring sport's role in aging populations, environmental sustainability, and organizational leadership. Her work aligns with UN SDGs 3, 5, 10, and 16. Emma has extensive industry experience in sport facility management and governance roles with Vicsport and Tennis Victoria.
