Ruth Trinder is an Associate Professor at the Institute for English Business Communication at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business). She holds a PhD in English from 2000 and completed her Habilitation in 2006 focusing on online/blended learning and individual learner differences. Her research spans computer-assisted language learning (CALL), language teaching methodology, and English literature, with particular emphasis on technology integration in tertiary education.
