Dr. Rajat Emanuel Singh is an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at Northwestern College (NWC), specializing in biomechanical movement and muscle coordination strategies. His academic journey spans institutions including the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, North Carolina State University/University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of Minnesota, and Northwestern University. Ph.D. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering, University of Arkansas at Little Rock B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Punjab Technical University Dr. Singh’s research integrates Christian theology with scientific inquiry, focusing on assistive technologies for gait disorders. He has published in top international journals like the Journal of Motor Behavior and Engineering Reports, exploring motor primitives, perturbed walking, and synergy-based rehabilitation tools. His work bridges disciplines such as: Biomechanics Neuro-rehabilitation Muscle Synergy Analysis Electromyography (EMG) Christian Theology and Science Integration At NWC, he contributes to academic excellence through teaching, research, and community engagement, emphasizing humility and openness in scientific exploration.
